As the VP of People, you will be responsible for driving our company's culture, managing HR functions, and nurturing our talented team to achieve success.

Location: Fully Remote

Salary Range: $67k-88k

What you need to know as a VP of People:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
• Proven track record of strategic thinking and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
• Experience leading and managing HR teams and complex people-related initiatives.
• Ability to lead and navigate through organizational change and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and business strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cultural transformation initiatives and manage HR integration efforts.
