Customer Specialist

 We are looking for a Customer Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing assistance with product information. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to think quickly and accurately in order to provide solutions to customers.



Location: Fully Remote

Starts: Interviewing now!

Status: Contractor / Independent

Hourly Rate: $10-16 per hour


Must have:

Laptop / Personal Computer

Internet Connection

Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week



What you need to know as a Customer Specialist:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recording customer interactions and maintaining documentation.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and also independently.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
