As a Partnerships Associate, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive our company's growth. You will identify and establish relationships with key partners, negotiate agreements, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful partnership implementation.

What you need to know as a Partnerships Associate:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles.
• Proven track record of identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with partners.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify partnership opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
